[HSY] Sim can't make lifestyle reviews using a laptop

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.94.147.1030
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them except Werewolves
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When playing Simfluencer career, click on an object to "Make Lifestyle Review" or "Make Technology Review"
What happens when the bug occurs? "Make Lifestyle Review" or "Make Technology Review" option is greyed out and says "You need a Computer to do this." But my Sim has a laptop in their inventory.
What do you expect to see? I expect my Sim to use the laptop/portable computer in their inventory to make a lifestyle or technology review. As it is now you can only make a review on a pc. So I can basically only make lifestyle reviews of things inside my house.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Sim can't make lifestyle or technology reviews with a laptop or portable computer in their inventory. Sim can only make reviews if there's a PC on the lot.

    @jezzabella2313 You have to take the laptop out of your inventory to use it (place it on a table or desk.) This is how everything else having to do with laptops works.

    I just ran into a bug where you can't use the computer in the museum in Selvadorada to make a lifestyle review. You can do just about anything else with it, but not write a lifestyle review. (Option is greyed out on both the archaeology table and in the Career section of the museum computer.)
