My teen sim called another teen to ask about college parties and got an invite that way, successfully snuck out without getting caught or ratted out, but when they returned home from the party, the milestone to sneak out didn’t count! I’ve gone to three college parties now and none of them have counted toward the aspiration. How do I get this milestone to mark completed without cheating?
I’ve only had it work when they go out the high school years window.
For those of you having issues, I have found there are 2 options to go to the party. One says "Go to college party" and the other says "Sneak out to college party". I think the "Go to college party" should only be available if you ask your parent first, but it seems to be always available for me because I am in a household by myself. If I am in a household with my parent, the ONLY option I saw was "Go to college party" even though I hadn't asked. This option will NOT complete the aspiration. I didn't figure out what was causing the sneak out to not show up. I did not have the high school sneak out window on my lot. I did live with a parent. My lot was a tiny home. I started by being off the lot at the front so I wouldn't get caught. Those are the things that were different between the 2 attempts. One or more of them is causing the sneak out option to not show up.
