@UYAMAYU hi there. Do you mean that this only happens when at High School? I think it may be the same thing I saw a few months ago in my game when attending school. I that case I went to the affected Sim in CAS and checked their hair, switched it for a different style and then switched it back and loaded them and it was fine.
I noticed it was only a High School hairstyle affected (the long hair with a hairband) and when tested on a child age Sim it never happened to her.
I'm also on console, Xbox Series X.
