I play on the Xbox, but I reply to these boards on the computer. I'm not sure how to bridge that gap. I'd be happy to send some screen shots, if you could tell me how to get them from the Xbox and how to get them to you here.

I managed to figure out how to get the pictures. I got a shot of three characters both before and after, which gives a pretty good example what is happening. Hope this helps with getting it fixed.

Just an update on this.
I cleared my saves and started a fresh 'Sim-averse', as it were, and I didn't see the issue make a return for a while, with all three of the new households having teen sims in them. However, after a few weeks of play, I had this issue crop up again. Like before, it is double-exposing two short hairstyles over one another and only with Sims who have been put into the standard 'school club clothes' or school uniforms. And again, only one or two of them, not everyone.
I've noticed that no one else appears to have tagged this as having the same issue, so I'm guessing this is something going on at the local game level. Anyone have this crop up or have any idea what is causing this? I had hoped that, at the very least, others would have seen this occurring so that it would be addressed by Maxis, but if it's just me, then I doubt it will ever be acknowledged.
