[IL] Mermaid ghosts created in CAS don’t default to mermaid grave

@Veemo8 This only happens when you make a ghost mermaid from cas, if they die naturally they will recieve the new mermaid one, I tested other occults and from cas they get the right tombstone, hopefully this can get fixed. Could you possibly adjust the title to reflect it only happening from cas?
