[IL] No Odd Jobs in List

Get to Work, Get Together, City Living, Cats and Dogs, Seasons, Get Famous, Island Living, Discover University, Outdoor Retreat, Dine Out, Vampires, Laundry Day Stuff, Jungle Adventure, Strangerville, Realm of Magic, Paranormal Stuff, Holiday Celebration Pack
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? A new save requires a few in-game days of playing and participating in gigs for any freelance career. After those few days, you can either select the phone > career > check for new gigs, or the job panel > select the clipboard, or a computer > freelance > check for new gigs. If selecting an odd job, then you can either select the phone > career > odd jobs, or the computer > jobs > odd jobs. Please note the button names may or may not be the same as above. I'm also going through the Finding Love After A Breakup scenario and both sims are signed up for the freelancer career. One is in writing and the other is an artist.
What happens when the bug occurs? There are no options for selecting a freelance gig and no options for selecting an odd job.
What do you expect to see? I'd like to see options so my sims can earn money.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I have tried a new save but it's only temporarily fixed. I've removed all the mods I use, after the bug appears, and it doesn't get fixed. I've also deleted The Sims 4 folder in my Documents folder, restarted the game, tested with a new save to confirm the gigs come back (it does), exited the game, only replaced the new save folder with my old save folder, restarted the game and the bug is still there. So, if you can't figure out where the bug is, it's in the save folder and, no, I didn't put back the mods so I can definitively say the bug is in the save folder. Just in case the mods I use are changing my save files, here's a list of them:

I obtained all mods at modthesims.info except I obtained MC Command Center at deaderpool-mccc.com. In the meantime, I'm going to continue playing the game and change my sims careers. I backed up the entire The Sims 4 folder in my Documents so let me know if you want a copy. It includes every file, folder, mods, saves, saved mod settings, etc. By the way, I backed up the folder before I deleted The Sims 4 folder in my Documents folder.

Could you edit this bug report to limit the content in your post down to info about the odd job issue you've come across please? That'll help focus this report on tracking information about that subject.

My bad for being offline: just reinstalled the Sims 4, deleted all my save games and mods, started a new Sim on a new person, and the writer and programmer and painter freelance jobs are back but odd and interior decorator jobs still show as blank. It's, just strange.

1. I removed all mods
2. deleted game/family (main menu),
3. started a new game
4. repaired the game

I have still the same issue. With some older games/families jobs get listed but with every new one nothing happens (see picture)

Is there anything else I can try or do I have to live with it?
