[IL] Rugs do not cover Crystal Clear tiles

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? ALL EXPANSION PACKS EXCEPT CoL/ALL GAME PACKS EXCEPT MWS/ALL STUFF PACKS/CKK-IAK-CSK
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? On any floor, place Crystal Clear tiles and then place a rug on top of it, even if it's just a small part.
What happens when the bug occurs? The carpet does not cover the glass and seems to be tucked underneath.
What do you expect to see? Let the rug cover the glass.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Not sure, but I think it happened after the patch update 1.84.197.1030

I found out just before installing the new update (1.85), I had already removed the Mods (only CAS cc in my case). Before installing the update I had wiped the cache and even after the update I repaired the game in Origin, but the problem remained. I have attached a picture.

EDIT: I tried with different rugs, bigger, smaller, circular ones... but every time the portion of the carpet in contact with the glass goes underneath.
