[IL] [S] Sulani has no “Partly cloudy” or is missing

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Everything.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have installed Island Living (EP07) and Seasons (EP05) and go to the neighborhoods Lani St. Taz or Ohan'Ali.
What happens when the bug occurs? If you are in the Lani St. Taz or Ohan'Ali neighborhoods, there are no clouds in the sky and no Partly Cloudy is displayed on the UI.
What do you expect to see? That there are clouds in Lani St. Taz or Ohan'Ali and that it is partly cloudy in the UI.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

In the Mua Pel'Am neighborhood, the clouds are displayed in the sky when it is partly cloudy, but not displayed in the UI that this weather prevails. In the Island Living (EP07) trailer you could see clouds in the sky.
