Travel to Mua Pel’am , Key Point is ideal. Check the surrounding ocean for sea turtles.
What happens when the bug occurs? The water looks strangely deserted apart from a few shoals of fish. There are no turtles.
What do you expect to see? Sea turtles.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods?
On console never used
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Unsure
It's definitely recent and within the last couple of patches. I can't say specifically when it began and only noticed when another player mentioned it.
