[IL] Water purifier from Conservationist career not working

Platform: Playstation 4
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? all the time 100%
What is your current game version number? 1.81
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? some not all
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? by calling consult on global policy on phone in the game.

What happens when the bug occurs? it says it is enacted but doesn't work
What do you expect to see? I expect it to work and not just have perfect sipping moodlet
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? never - on console
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? doing the policy again doesn't work.

I have issues with sims 4 IL pack this is the conversationalist career when you consult global policy like Water purifier and once it's enacted 100% it can be used but when you test it out it doesn't work it should have a 'Very Uncomfortable' with a sick moodlet but it doesn't show it just shows a glass moodlet of sipping drink.

I have some packs not all and this is the only one that doesn't work

I hope this gets fixed, and I expect to see the moodlet of very uncomfortble after sims drink the water.
