Infant needs suddenly dropping extremely low for no reason

I was just playing my save with 4 infants, and suddenly their energy, hunger and hygiene need dropped to extremely low (they got the moodlet for extremely low hunger need, didn't get taken away). It ...

Hi @kyuuryuuu 

Did you disable your mods, or did you remove them entirely? You'll also need to delete your localthumbcache.package as well. Once you've done that, please test a brand new save without mods/CC and let me know if the issue persists then.

    Sorry, didn't have time to test it until now.

    Yes, the issue still persists. The game is still playable I guess because it only happened once so far.
