Interior designer problem

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? When i do a interior designer job in a commercial and i can’t never see the customer’s preferences in build mode.
What happens when the bug occurs? I have a problem with my job as an interior designer. When I have to do a job in a commercial premises, it doesn't tell me to go to work at 9 am. Consequently, I can't do the job and I have to cancel it. Another problem I have is that at the moment I am in build mode and I can't see the customer's preferences.
What do you expect to see? Sim should go to the commercial job and always see the preferences in build mode.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? On console - never used.
