Invited Guest won't come to the house/ Get stuck at spawning point

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Invite people over, you'll find no one comes to the house unless you go outside, look for them and talk to them. Sometimes they won't even follow you home. If you get that to work, try to send them home... it won't work and you won't have that option again.
What happens when the bug occurs? They don't come to the house but remain in some weird spot of the neighbourhood, all together... and when you're trying to send them home, they won't obey and you won't find the option again, which means the stay in your house for days...
What do you expect to see? People I invite over coming to my doorstep, as they used to. And when I want to get rid of them, the option of "send home" or "ask them to leave" working
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Every time I invite people over, they don't come to the house. Instead they all gather together in a weird spot of the neighbourhood. It took me several invitations wondering why they wouldnt show up... until I found out. I have to go there and talk to them hoping they'll follow me home when I choose a spot to talk...
On the other hand, once I get them to come home (if I do) they won't leave... Once I send them home, they don't obey and I don't get the send home or ask to leave option anymore... I've found out that the only way to "fix it" is choosing any interaction with them, cause that allows the option to reapear, but I've to choose it and cancel any other action in between, being really careful, so that action is the next right up. That's the only way they'll actually leave... It's really annoying, and a real pain in the a$$ when you've a large group of people at home...
That added up to pets and sims not aging... Lately the game is a mess, full of bugs. What the f is happening?!?!
