@madelf69 Thank you so much for taking the time to write this post up. I have a couple links for you that may help get you some assistance or a bug report that you can report your issues to since you seem to have a combination of both and have already completed console troubleshooting.

See if the FAQ thread helps by following the game troubleshooting, as you are on XBox you can't share your save with the bug team, but perhaps some of those in game pointers may help.
The Compiled bug list is relevant for console users, the section labeled "console" is just issues that only console users are having. You can use the PC threads to report your console issue otherwise.
