[JA] Can't send artifacts to be authenticated

Product: The Sims 4 Platform:PC Which language are you playing the game in? Suomi How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) What is your current game version number? n/a What expansions...

@dr0pdeadappleb0y as far as i know, moving away and then moving back completely fixes the issue. at least, for me it did.

      I was able to find a workaround by deleting my mailbox and installing a new one. This was on a residential rental lot.
