Jealousy trait cheat not working

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Idk the newest one with scenarios
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Seasons Island living Vampire Paranormal Jungle adventure Cats and dogs Spooky stuff Parenthood Strangerville Cottage living
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Try typing in the jealousy trait cheat Traits.equip_trait jealous
What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing But the other traits seen to work fine
What do you expect to see? A new trait added to the trait box area
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I'm trying to add the jealous trait but it seems to be the only one that will not add.. I saw there was a couple threads but none of them were ever resolved hoping they have a solution by now.
