Jobs problems, kit being useless and two pieces of clothes have problems

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? There are three bugs that I encountered in the game, the first is very important because it's about jobs, when a sim is working and other sims in the household is not working or you are with them at the high school and come back to home before the sim who is working finish the job schedule, the sim appear at home earning less salary for the day, also doesn't appear a picutre of the sim with a round circle with a bar showing the progress of the sim job. Also happens with odd jobs. And if a teen sim is going to their after school activity but they are at school, they go but they return to home. The another problem is about a specific kit, bust the dust kit, where you clean the floor when it's dirty, now that doesn't work. I had been playing a household during 2 sims weeks and never got dirty. Also there is a cardigan with belt from base game that deform the sim and from High School there is a necklace that disappear from the neck of the sim and is floating in the air near to the sim, this problem appear when the graphics settings are low or middle for the sims, only when the settings are very high clothes show correctly in the game.
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims miss the rest of their hours and receive less salary whenever a sim of their household come back to home, also I encountered that in order not to miss a work schedule from a sim when I return to home with a sim who were out of the home, the sims have their needs very low. That specific pack is being useless right now because the floor doesn't get dirty. And those clothes don't show right with low graphics settings. So far these are the two clothes with problems, I don't know if there is any with similar problems.
What do you expect to see? I expect that all these problems are fixed, especially about jobs, going to high school and after school activities. Also the problem of that floors don't get dirty, and a fix for those clothes, actually using a fix for those clothes, but I expect that people who work in this game can fix this problem, and all problems mentioned. I don't like to use mods nor cc, I have it at minimum.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.

Please describe the patch or change you made. All this problem comes with the release of High School expansion. I started to use some defaults of skin, eyes, lights and poses, but the game has the same problems.
