[JTB] DJ R-3X Rex in the Cantina is broken, no option to 'repair' him

Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? Upto date as of most recent patch
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All Except for Dream Home Decorator, Bowling Night, My Wedding Stories, Mochisno and all of the kits.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Spend time at Oga's Cantina until the DJ breaks
What happens when the bug occurs? The DJ breaks and you can't repair him
What do you expect to see? An option to repair him or have an NPC repair him
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

I'm not 100% sure if this is a feature or a bug, but I figured I'd report this here since I haven't seen anything posted about this situation. 

Anyway, I was playing Journey to Batuu and decided to have my sim dance the night away at Oga's Cantina, the droid was playing music happily. After a while the doid just broke (no movement, no sound, sparks the usual when it comes to broken electronics), everyone in the bar made unhappy noises and gestures at the DJ before wandering over to the bar to get drinks. I thought it'd be an easy fix since my sim has a high handiness/repair skill, only to find I can't click on him.

Again, I'm not sure if this is an issue or a feature since I know the cantina/attraction is based on has a gimmick with the DJ "breaking down" and being brought back to life/online via chanting/cheering his name, which obviously wasn't an option because again, I couldn't click on him.
