Knock on Door missing

I have the same problems. I have all packs and only in city living knock on doors appears.

    Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Does it also happen on a new one ?

        @leves5 Are you using mods/cc ?

        Does it work on a fresh save for testing purposes ?
