Same here, I'm glad it's not just me. I was super excited to finally be able to make my own apartment buildings, and then as soon as I had my units all sorted out and started trying to place windows and doors in ONE, the lag started. I can't imagine how awful it is once one starts on furniture and things, yikes. A little disappointed the limit on units is six, too, but I understand why that is.
I also have no CC currently, nothing at all to modify the game.
