I can't delete, place, drag, or paint walls without having to wait 5 - 10 seconds for the game to unfreeze after modifying a single wall. Fences also cause extreme lag. Trying to do these things makes my PC sound like it is about to take off, my specs are more than enough and I will post them below. Yes, I have tried a new save, fresh sims 4 folder, repairing the game and no, I don't have any mods at the moment, I also have the same issue on normal residential lots so this isn't a viable work around for me, you also can't change the lot type to residential when you already have a sim renting a unit.
The fact that some of the game changers (with probably more powerful PC's than me) had this issue with the pre-release copy of the game says that this is a game problem, not a mod/PC problem, it happens on console too.
Why don't you take the Game Changers bug reports into account and fix these issues before releasing it to the general public?
Every-single-time a new pack comes out it's the same thing over and over again: release non-tested, broken pack to the public, mess up their games so they can't play then make said public wait for a week or more for it *hopefully* be fixed.
