Large tops look weird

Product: The Sims 4
Platform: PC
Which language are you playing the game in? French
How often does the bug occur? 100%
What is your current game version number? 1.110.265.1030 DX11
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLCs.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? By making a sim wear large tops.
What happens when the bug occurs? The top make the sim's waist look way much larger than it actually is.
What do you expect to see? Large tops to look normal.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Yes but I'm talking about official content.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No, it's always been.

I was making a sim, and wanted her to wear the pretty Horse Ranch shirt that I like a lot (see pic 1).
The problem being that, for it to look "normal", I have to make her waist extra thin (see pic 2).
When I make her with the actual size I would like her to be, her waist in the top looks extra large (see pic 2 again).

For her waist to look at it actually is, I have to make her wear skinny tops or very close of the body, and I don't want all my sims to look the same, in the beauty standarts with a natural marked size, I shouldn't have to adapt their body for the clothes to look normal, it's the clothes that should adapt to the body! 

If it was only this one top with this problem, I could just chose another top and it's ok. But it happens with ALL the "large" tops (see pic 3), on ALL of the sims I make. In real life, large tops dont make our waist look so much more large, even by being fat myself, I don't have this problem, EVEN MORE at this point. 

I didn't restart or repaired my game to fix it because it's always been like that, it's been a year and a quarter I play TS4 and always had this problem, and since then, I already fixed it a million times, reinstalled it like 3 to 5 times, the last one after the very last update, this is not a "bug" but a problem in the Create A Sim. 

MAXIS, please fix this. 

EDIT (31/10/2024) : This post is weeks old, multiple updates got installed since then, I also fixed my game multiple times and even reinstalled it and this problem still occurs. Please, FIX THIS. I'm tired of having weird looking tops and having to make most of my sims wearing clothes close of the body. They're not all the same. They're different sims, with different personnalities, fashion, taste. Please just fix that, it's boring. PLEASE.
