@AalyahReed Do you see any problems in the game or do you just get the LEUI ? Seems to be an issue with a pack icon somewhere.
@crinrict Currently, I have just been using CAS and build mode, but I have not noticed any issues with the game.
I had deleted cache files and repaired the game before starting a new save file.
You say it seems to be something to do with a pack icon; do you think that can that cause ongoing problems or is it most likely okay? Or do you think it would be best for me to reinstall the game?

Backup your save regularly for now. I wouldn't go through any length to fix this if it's not a mod.@crinrict Thank you!
