[LD] Bucket List: Goal is impossible to achieve

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Let a Sims write down a goal for their bucket list, occasionally it will be impossible.
What happens when the bug occurs? An impossible task is generated for the bucketlist. Latest example would be "Tell a parent you love him" for an orphaned Sim (no living parents and no they aren't ghosts either)
What do you expect to see? The tasks for the bucket list don't have to be easy but they should at least be possible.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No
