[LD] Can't give slice of cake to Ghost Host

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All EPs, GPs, and SPs
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Do the Cake Baked Lies favour from the ghost host and try to interact with the ghost host with a cake in the inventory
What happens when the bug occurs? The option to give the cake slice doesn't appear
What do you expect to see? I wanna be able to finish the favour so i can get the judgement tarot card
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
So i'm doing the favours from the order of lenore and when i'm doing cake baked lies, i've done all the tasks however when it comes to giving a slice of cake to the ghost host. I've tried many times and on multiple days during the Afterlife Anonymous event, but i can't ever get the interaction to give the ghost host a slice of cake. I've tried looking at the tome of who the ghost host is and i've tried to even gift them the cake slice in my inventory with chocolate and white cake but it just doesn't appear and thus i can't even finish the favour.
I experienced this problem as well, I was able to fix it. When I initially tried to deliver the cake I had not yet completed the tasks above it, i.e. meet the cow plant. After I completed all of the tasks above the delivery task, I was able to unlock the option to deliver the cake to her, it should show up immediately when you click on the Ghost Host, but if it doesn’t show up there, I’d try to find the interaction under the activities tab.
