[LD] Child Playable Ghosts Are Force Enrolled Into School After Travelling

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.110.311
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All DLC
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? 1) Kill a child sim through gameplay (not CAS) 2) Look at the career panel. They are not enrolled into a school 3) Look at the Join After School Activity menu, School is there (Although Icon is Low Quality) 4) Without joining School, travel to another lot 5) Child sim has been forced enrolled into school
What happens when the bug occurs? Child Sim is forced enrolled into school without me enrolling them
What do you expect to see? Consistency. Why is the option to enroll into school there if its forced on child sims anyway? - Id expect child sims who are not enrolled into school to stay not enrolled.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Killing a child sim opts them out of school by Default 

However school is an option under the after school activity menu (although it is low quality and not right) 

However, if i did not enroll into school, travelling to another lot makes them enroll
