[LD] Collectables from Netherworld Fissures not in collection/can't be sold

@47b8ed5fa415dd30 I am having the same issue. While I have no solution for making the items register with the appropriate collections, if I turn on multi-select in the inventory panel, I can select the fissure artifacts for sale that way.

On another note, I think the environment gains from these items are also not working, because my Snob sim still thinks she has a bad environment with one of the really expensive rare frog artifacts on her counter.
