[LD] "Embraced by Death" trait available to select with re-traiting potion

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Use a re-traiting potion
What happens when the bug occurs? You are able to choose a trait that is supposed to be locked
What do you expect to see? Based on its description, I think this trait is only supposed to be available for ghosts who have died while having the Chased by Death trait
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Current patch
Just thought I would report this in case choosing it without meeting the prerequisites bugs out a sim. Please remove this bug report if the trait is intentionally included with the re-traiting potion despite being unavailable when creating a sim.
