Do the ghosts have cross pack compatibility and spawn those objects? I didn't know that. I really have no clue with the problem is... do you have the red spectres spawning and has Temperance showed up? Idk what's happening with my neighbourhood.

An easy way to trigger the bug is to move the roof pieces around in build mode. Otherwise it should just happen within a few in game hours of live mode.
Also, while I was backing up the save I saved it in a new slot. This fixed the bug from happening instantly on load but it still ended up happening a few seconds after moving the roof pieces.
That's weird, I wonder if the clutter info is stored in the documents folder or something? There was a violin near the guardian tree and some haunted objects near the ghost cowplant crypt.
My specs are : i7-8700K 3.70GHz CPU, 32GB Ram, 1080ti GPU
It only happens in Mourningvale though.
I guess I might just have to wait and see if other people get the same issue and if they don't I'll just stop playing until I get a new PC or something.
