[LD] Grimborn trait distorts body of sims

This is also happening to me - whether it's in an old save or new. And it's driving me up the walls! I've also noticed that the Grimborn birthmark turns red when I go into live mode with Nyon. Even if I take an undistorted Nyon and age him up to avoid the distortion, once I go into live mode, the birthmark is red. 

I've attached pictures of the issues I'm seeing with Nyon and the Grimborn trait from a new save, while he's still a teenager.
