I've got a similar issue. I just aged up my Grim baby into a toddler, after having carefully fixed her face as an infant (by aging her up in CAS, creating the face I wanted, then aging back down before exiting) only to find the face seems to have reverted to the (really REALLY ugly) face she was born with.
I'm so disappointed. I was really excited to play this save but now I don't want to touch it until this has been fixed, as I don't want to have to repair her face every time she ages up!
Yes! Having the same issue. Even now that my Grimborn is a teen, after a few (sim) days the appearance sill goes back to normal, typically after traveling or sleeping. V frustrating cause she just looks SO strange. her eyes are VERY small
