I'm having the same issues with my grimborn sim losing her chin, squishing her face, and getting very skinny, however instead of bug eyes, her eyes are getting smaller. Even after fixing it, it reverts back (seemingly) every time I enter a loading screen, worsening over time.

    Me too, mine would worsen over time every time I tried to edit in CAS or exit and restart the game
