[LD] Mark Of Evil/Mark Of Good not showing in CAS after unlocking

My sim unlocked the "mark of evil" tattoo and it was not shown in CAS, nor did it apply through the interaction menu. Mods are downloaded, but the issue still occurs when I tested without.  Edit B...
