[LD] Non-Household Sims Who 'Have Out of Body Experience' Get Stuck As Ghosts

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to Ravenwood and click the Baleful Bog, and have sims "Have Out of Body Experience Together".
What happens when the bug occurs? Sims who aren't in the active household, and leave the area or go home or are left behind before returning back to human form, will be stuck as ghosts until they happen to show up on another lot autonomously and can run the interaction to return back to human. This renders them un-invitable to things in invite menus, and you can't call them to the current lot when clicking their portrait in the relationship panel.
What do you expect to see? Sims who become temporary ghosts returning to human form after they leave the area or are abandoned.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? No

Pictured: My Sim and Nyon having Out of Body Experience together. Later, Nyon is inaccessible in the Relationship Panel and will not show up in any invite sim pickers, because he is a ghost. Angela Pleasant, who also joined us for this, was similarly inaccessible, but was summoned as a walkby and thus able to return to human. Nyon has meanwhile been a ghost for 2 days.

Edit: Added another photo. Nyon called my sim a full 4 days later to ask to hang out- here's a picture showing he only turns human once he's loaded back in somewhere.
