[LD] Reaper Career: Dead Sims Teleporting

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Unknown
What happens when the bug occurs? Dead sims stands up then teleports to a different location on plot before laying down again.
What do you expect to see? Dead sims to stay in same spot
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Update for Life and Death Expansion Pack

While doing the active Reaper career, my sim's a level 3, after investigating objects around the dead sim the sim stood up. I could still click on the sim to continue "investigating cause of death" (as seen in 1st picture) before the "dead" sim teleported to a new location on the lot and laid down as if that's where they had died (as seen in 2nd picture). I could continue the career day and finish like normal.
