I had my sim join the reaper career and when I went to a location multiple times the "dead" sims didn't appear dead therefore I wasn't able to complete the task of reaping the sim's soul.

    Same issue. Doesn:t work without mods either.

    I have a similar issue. In one instance, the Sim wasn't present. In another, they were an urn so I couldn't determine cause of death.

    Same here. The deceased sim was standing like he was alive and I couldn't interact with him.
