Rebirth isn't working for me either. I'm on console, and the option is greyed out like I didn't complete it, but I did while my sim was living. Then did the rest with her as a ghost.

This is the soul's journey. The bateful bog rebirth option is greyed out, and also when she died, the option to rebirth couldn't be clicked on as well.
@crinrict also I don't know if it's worth mentioning, but I tested a new save with different sims and rebirth worked.
But the save I want to play with the rebirth option is still greyed out.
The difference in the two is my original save, the sim worked in the reaper career while she was alive, and was unemployed as a ghost.
In the new save, the sim was unemployed while alive.
Idk if that's the issue though

I tried removing her traits, almost all of them, and nothing worked. It's been 3 hours. I give up.
