[LD] Rebirth: Reborn Sims don't inherit inheritable traits

How often does the bug occur? 1(/everytime?, but it has only been the sims second rebirth and the first time the sim could have inherited traits)

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a sims reborn to parents that pass down traits (e.g. Sulani Mani, Spellcasters, Werewolves)
What happens when the bug occurs? The sim gets reborn without any inherited traits. Also, when the sims aged up from infant to toddler they received the normal reward from the Burning Soul trait (meaning the toddler skills were fully leveled up) but immediately aged up to child (with all child skills fully leveled up). The sim aged up from infant to toddler because of time and not because of a birthday cake so it can't have been that.
What do you expect to see? Children of parents with inheritable traits should inherit these traits. (e.g. Sulani Mani, Weak Bloodline, Strong Bloodline, Ancient Bloodline, Dormant Wolf/Greater Wolf Blood, Father Winter's Baby, Grimborn, Grim Descendent). Also the they shouldn't have aged up to toddler to child immediately.
