[LDSP] Clean clothes in dryer become dirty when dryer breaks down

What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All packs, most kits (including Bust the Dust)
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a dryer break down with clean clothes in it
What happens when the bug occurs? The laundry, which had been clean or pristine and damp or soaked when put in the dryer, becomes dirty and damp.
What do you expect to see? Cleanliness of the laundry is not affected by the dryer breaking down.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

Just did a test run with mods disabled. Of three times the dryer broke down, the laundry in the dryer was dirty and damp twice and had to be re-washed. The third time, the laundry was clean and damp and stayed clean after a drying cycle. I have also seen clean and damp laundry that was removed from a broken down dryer become dirty and dry after a drying cycle in the repaired dryer, but am not sure if I have seen that without mods enabled.

The dryer also seems to break down too often, after two or three drying cycles, about twice as often as the washer (which has two failure modes compared to the dryer's one) breaks down, and seems excessive compared to other repairable items.
