@Dan20153 Could you please check your game version and add that to your report ? You can find it in the lower right corner of the main menu.

Do you have hamper and machine on different floors as well ?

Have you tried replacing the washing machine ?

the hamper is in the same room as the washer and dryer

      I can see the game version but my eyes are that bad that I can't  make it out just admit there's a problem I am willing to put a video on my you tube channel as proof

        @Dan20153 There's a file called gameversion.txt in your documents folder. You can also find the game version in there. This bug was fixed a while ago so it's important to know your game version.
