What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? Cats & Dogs, Get to work, Discover University Spa Day, Dine out Backyard Stuff, Laundry day stuff
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Simply put the washing machine and the hamper out and try
What happens when the bug occurs? it only have "Upgrade" option
What do you expect to see? Many options to work the machine properly
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
I just bought the laundry day package, and it turned out the only options of the washing machine and the hamper was "Upgrade", please fix it!!!!
I've searched through internet about this bug, and tried all solutions but in vain.

You have to put the laundry in the washing machine first. There should be an option on the hamper to do that once you have stuff in it.
Merging this with an existing thread though
