@vaniesteh Could you try buying 3 cribs in advance and see if that helps ?

Unfortunately, it's not working either.
All 3 bassinets remain empty and my Sim goes back to her normal body.
Also, immediately after this "birth", I get a pop-up saying it's time for the first baby's birthday (only 1 pop-up, for 1 baby, no mention of the 2 others). I've always had this pop-up since this bug started.
Below the content of the new LastException file, in case it brings something new (I followed the procedure you mentioned and deleted the older one before playing).

@vaniesteh Somehow the game can't create the crib with baby
I tried to play another household for a while and that actually produced a baby but when switching back to her she's still pregnant and the 3 baby messages occur again.
You do end up with a baby that way though.
Since you play on normal, the baby age span is very short so the message that it's aging up is fine, I would say unless it actually ages up right away
I can't say if there's going to be any more errors in the game if you just do it by playing another household. The problem Sims to be the creation of the baby in the crib.
Did you make the Sim pregnant or was it through some neighborhood story ?
