Lipstick bug... base game lipstick missing.
I could have sworn there were three different lipstick types for each color group (both the "normal colors" which are the reds, pinks,etc then the greens, blue, blacks/greys). The three lipstick type...

I know for a fact that at one time they accidentally removed heels from the teens CAS menu. It's possible that the same thing has happened, and it would most likely be fixed in the next patch.
