Lipstick bug... base game lipstick missing.
I could have sworn there were three different lipstick types for each color group (both the "normal colors" which are the reds, pinks,etc then the greens, blue, blacks/greys). The three lipstick type...

What do you mean by resetting game ? Did you rename your user folder and test on a new game ?
I can't duplicate this in my game unfortunately.and I know I saw some clothing twice in my game but I'm using mods so it could have been anything.
Not sure if your issue is the same as the other one reported but it might be connected.
Also, since when is this happening
