@JaylatheBookworm Can you check if it occurs on females for you ? The head should be available in CAS under hats. I can't duplicate this on females but for males I can.
It looks like the teeth are there though, just black so it's a llama head coloring teeth issue, I think.

I opened a new save to test CAS and it appears the texture issue only happens for masculine sims wearing the llama head.
