Losing friendship from autonomously repeating friendly and funny interactions

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.108.349.1020
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have your sim talk ot another sim, do an interaction and let them continue to talk autonomously
What happens when the bug occurs? The sims will repeat the same 3-4 social interactions autonomously all of them friendly or funny and it will cause them to lose friendship
What do you expect to see? The sims autonomously talking to eachother and not losing their entire friendship bar from only friendly and funny social interactions on repeat
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Yes
Please describe the patch or change you made. Most recent patch on September 18th. Turned off mean and mischief autonomous interactions with MCC but that didn't help as my sims are not preforming that interaction. Now all mods are removed and still having the issue above.

Sims are losing all their friendship with eachother by autonomously repeating the same friendly and funny interactions, even if you cancel the interaction they will just queue it up again on their own
