Low max rent value (Patch 1.107.112)

Product: The Sims 4
Platform:PC
Which language are you playing the game in? English
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What is your current game version number? 1.107.112.1030 DX9
What expansions, game packs, and stuff packs do you have installed? All of them
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Purchase a lot to rent out with the for rent expansion and fill vacancy.
What happens when the bug occurs? When the bug occurs, I can only set the rent to a very low number, such as $4.
What do you expect to see? I should be able to set rent to a higher number for the lot rating and size.
Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Never used.
Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure

So everything was working well until one of my tenants left their appartment. Now, whenever I try to fill the vacancy, the maximum rent is too low ($4 vs $157 previously). I see no reason for this to happen, since it's a 4 star lot. 

I haven't been able to find a solution for this yet and all forum posts about this bug seem to be from months ago. It seems that this bug was even corrected a few months ago, but in my case, it's just happened now.

    @yusukebr2020 Does sound like the issue they fixed a couple patches ago.

    Could you try a game repair to make sure it's an issue again ?

    Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Have a propierty with a tenant. The tenant leaves. Try to rent it again and you'll see the max cap for rent is 4.
    What happens when the bug occurs? I manage a few properties. When a tennant leaves the unit for whatever reason the max rent I am able to rent it at is 4 simoleons. Some of these units have 5 star rating so it doesn't really make sense.
    What do you expect to see? Property value going back to what it was before the tenant left.
    Have you installed any customization with the game, e.g. Custom Content or Mods? Not now. I've removed them.
    Did this issue appear after a specific patch or change you made to your system? Neutral/Not Sure
