@crinrict Here's the file. I cleared the localthumbnailcache and removed Twisted mexi's Better exception mod. No mods/cc in folder. it's not letting me attach.

I have tested vanilla & attached the lastexception.txt file I too keep having this same issue.

@crinrict I haven't noticed any gameplay issues yet. ATM, I noticed it throwing this error throughout the game at lot changes and of course at start-up. I'm aware of it because MCCC is installed during my gameplay. However, I repaired my game and I don't want to see this issues nor have it get any worse. Thanks for any help.

I have tested my game with and without mods and found that my game has no issue without mods but when I look in my files I still get the lastException match making service failed.
