I've been chasing this error since we got LS. New save. Old save. Mods. No mods. The only thing I can say about it that it's annoyingly inconsistent.
I can play for a while (new save or old) and not see it. Save. Quit. Restart the game and there it is. I'm wondering if it has to do with an attempted connection to The Gallery or a Server when I start up.
But, not clue. I've sort of given up playing for bit. Wears me out. When I've recovered I'll take another crack at it.
Adding: Sometime I wonder about MCCC. But... shrug.
