This is what is showing if it helps, used BE to get this though I do get LEs without using that.
[manus] matchmaking_service failed to handle on_all_households_and_sim_infos_loaded due to exception (KeyError: 665427894984837958) |
Hi! So, I was having that issue too, tested vanilla and the error persisted, but then I realized that the only different thing I had altered that somehow could stay in after I removed my mods it's the relationship bits with MCCC. When I removed the added bits within the household that was causing the exception, the error stopped. If you had altered or added relationship bits with MCCC, try removing it and test it out.
I guess this feature maybe is what is causing the error, because the relationship stays on even after you delete your mods. At least it was in my case.

@pnunesss what do you mean by relationship bits? is there a way to find all of the added bits within households and remove them?

@juicyyytree Hi, so it's basically when you cheat a sim to be the mother/father/sister/spouse, etc of another sim, using the new feature on MCCC. You will need to know if you used that cheat and remove that relationship bit with MCCC (on the option "Relationship bit", click on remove bits). It's a new feature of the mod, I don't know if its that causing the error. They adressed it on the last update (see screenshot), so maybe they have a workaround on it, I haven't tested it though.
- 10 months ago@pnunesss thank you for this ! I redownloaded this version of MCCC but still getting the LE and the sims t-posing an resetting ☹️

@whiletheflies did you altered a relationship in your current household? Because I'm pretty sure even if you reinstalled MCCC (the hotfix), what was altered still is. You have to reverse what you did (see screenshots of where to do that) or delete that sim that you added a relationship with. Then it won't cause more problems. Try doing that, or maybe removing that household of the save (for a while), together with your mods folder and test the game on a new save with a new household to see if the LE stops.
Also, very important, remove your LE files and the avatarcache and localthumbcache before you start the game.
If it's all fine, go back to your original save, test it with a new household this time, and check. If it's all good, the problem most likely is with that household (you'll probably need to delete that one for good or wait until EA fixes the code). If the error persists, I don't know how to help.

@pnunesss If it's helpful info at all for troubleshooting in general, I haven't personally added any rel bits to the sims who are triggering the LE for me - I get it just from loading into a household to play them for the first time. really glad you were able to figure out a solution that works for you though, it's such a pain of an LE!
